Requirements · Experience in cabinet assembly, carpentry, woodworking, or a similar hands-on manufacturing role. · Ability to assemble full units (not just isolated components or sub-assemblies). · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and alignments. · Ability to read and understand shop drawings and assembly instructions. · Competence with standard hand tools and power tools. · Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. · Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work through entire processes independently.
