Realiza actividades de ensamble repetitivas, poco complejas en las que se requiere destreza manual y habilidad para trabajar con herramientas simples de mano. Reporta a su jefe inmediato sobre cualquier problema de equipo, herramientas o materiales. Cumple con el estándar de producción y calidad basado en las hojas de operación y procesos. Realiza llenado de reportes de producción, calidad, etc., relacionados con la operación asignada. Especificaciones del puesto: Reporta a: Jefe de línea y/o coordinador de área. Puestos que le pueden reportar directamente: No aplica. Numero de Subordinados que le reportan directamente: No aplica. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
