Position Summary: The Assembler is responsible for building and assembling commercial HVAC units and components according to specifications and quality standards. This role involves reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and following established procedures to ensure accurate and efficient assembly. The Assembler works closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Assemblers may be assigned to different production areas based on business needs. This can include tasks in piping, electrical, fabrication, or general assembly. The ability to adapt to various roles and maintain quality standards across multiple disciplines is essential for success in this position. 1st shift: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, M-Th; 6:00 am - 10:00 am F 2nd shift: 2:00 pm - 1:00 am M-Th Current location: 10700 73rd Place N, Maple Grove, MN, 55369 Effective by July 2026, this role will be based out of our new facility at 11500 Dayton Pkwy, Maple Grove, MN, 55369. Key Responsibilities: Assemble HVAC units and components according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to perform precise assembly tasks. Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Report any defects, shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues as needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
