Job Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Production Manager regarding all electrical/mechanical assembly
  • Assemble and wire small to large electrical panels
  • Route wiring harnesses through structures and sub-assemblies
  • Electrically wire transfer and conveyor systems
  • Mechanically assemble large assemblies and conveyor systems
  • Mechanical assembly of smaller sub-components.
  • Ensure that all assemblies of systems meet customer requirements and system specifications
  • Work independently and in team environments in achieving tasks
  • Adhere to and follow all safely regulations, policies and codes, with or without direct supervision
  • Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift on a regular basis up to 40lbs
  • Possess problem solving skills, communication skills
  • Ability to use power hand tools for aid in assembly
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Able to understand and interpret the specifications and procedures related to this job
  • Welding experience is a key asset
  • Forklift and crane experience an asset
