SUMMARY

We are seeking an Assembly Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Taldeco. In this role, you will oversee engineering projects and lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be vital in driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing production efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

· Previous technical resources lead experience.
· Previous experience in a robotic automation manufacturing company. Experience in resistance welding is preferred.
· Experience in establishing processes flows and system controls suitable to the commodity.
· Proficient with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks or other CAD software.
· Ability to effectively communicate with related departments, customers, Corp Officers, and others as needed.
· Ability to develop and deploy business plans and strategies.

• Development and training of Assembly Members, including routine evaluations and goal setting.
