With continued growth across North America and expanding production in Barrie, we are looking to add a dedicated Assembly Associate to our team.
Position: Assembly Associate
Location: Barrie, Ontario
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in mechanical or electrical assembly preferred
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components for industrial air filtration systems
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks with attention to quality and detail
• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing units for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams as needed
