Managing subcon assembly engineering performance. Job Description In your new role you will: Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance in terms of: - Drive subcon's performance KPI(Yield, Quality, OEE etc) - Full engagement in new product ramp-up team and manage safe launch introduction - support technical capability assessment at subcon. - major owner for subcon audit and performance tracking and drive for improvement Drive together with subcon on assy yield improvement. Manage all assembly equipment qualification, release, setup/buyoff procedure with subcon. Continue optimizing on process control and monitoring Supporting deviation management, audit and other baseline improvement activities. Manages assembly documentation (control plan, OCAP) Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology/Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical) 10 years working experience in related field. Assembly engineering background is preferred, knowledge in either FOL, EOL backend assembly processes. Good in written/spoken of English. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations and problem-solving methodologies and tools. Customer and Service oriented. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
