The Assembly Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for understanding the product assembly process and setting the lineup accordingly. Will provide task assignment and instruction to others assigned to the line. The Ideal Candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and be trained. Duties, Operating Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Selects, installs, and sets up assembly lines, and reads order specifications and provides work direction as needed. Manages material flow to and from the assembly lines. Observes assembly lines to detect product defects or line malfunctions. Evaluates area line operations and recommends improvements. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with co-workers and the ability to convey a positive and professional image of service and support to employees at all levels of responsibility in the Company. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills required particularly in oral format. Ability to apply practical knowledge and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Previous knowledge of Work Centers is a plus. Attention to detail, accuracy and quality. Enthusiasm, dedication, reliability and punctuality required. Ability to move from one task/assignment on short notice, comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
