As an Assembly Line Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Performing thorough inspections of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operating automated test jigs to validate product performance.
- Assemble, weld, mark, test, clean, and package products efficiently.
- Supporting stock management and inventory control to maintain a smooth production flow.
- Assist with product dispatch and logistics.
- Providing technical expertise in specific manufacturing areas (e.g., welding, heat treatment, machining).
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in line with safety and operational guidelines.
- Acting as liaison with vendors for ordering and testing supplies when required
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years’ experience as an Assembly Line Operator, Production Technician, or Operator.
- Possess experience in printed circuit board (PCB) inspection (IPC certification is a plus)
- Demonstrated experience in a production environment.
- Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
