Job Details Job Location: 2200 SR 240 EAST - GREENCASTLE, IN Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Shift: 1st Shift Job Category: Manufacturing Description Duties and responsibilities We are seeking a Material Handler to join our Assembly team. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas. Verify the accuracy of quantity and part numbers to labels. Ensure proper placement of inventory once removed from the production line. Lift boxes by hand off presses to be moved to skids. Ensure the flow of boxes in and out of and throughout the production area and shipping lanes. Lift boxes by hand off presses to be moved to skids. Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of boxes within injection molding. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without accommodation and be able to stand/walk 10 hours a day Ability to operate a pallet jack. Fork truck certification is preferred but not required. Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and shifts. Effective team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Understanding of injection molding processes. Ability to make guided decisions based on the data available.
Responsibilities
The Material Handler will read work orders and move materials to and from storage or production areas. They will ensure the accuracy of inventory and maintain the flow of boxes in the production area.
