Position Summary: AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Wichita, Kansas that is one of the world's largest manufacturers of aerostructures for commercial airplanes, defense platforms, and business/regional jets. With expertise in aluminum and advanced composite manufacturing solutions, the company’s core products include fuselages, integrated wings and wing components, pylons, and nacelles. Essential Functions: Assemble, install, seal, rig, and inspect structural and system components following blueprints, work instructions, and engineering specifications Perform functional testing to ensure proper fit, form, and function of assemblies and components Interpret technical documents including prints, charts, sketches, and electronic work instructions Utilize shop mathematics and precision measuring tools to complete assignments accurately Operate and use assembly tooling to build sub-assemblies and final assemblies Verify all work meets quality standards and identify/report discrepancies per procedures Maintain equipment and ensure tools are properly certified and in compliance Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines and equipment (filters, lubrication, etc.) Move materials and products within the work area using appropriate equipment Work within established schedules to support production goals Support continuous workflow by assisting and training team members Cross-train in inspection processes and work toward SIA qualification Requirements 5- 10 years Previous experience in aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing assembly required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to train and support other team members
