In this role, you will be responsible for completing small-part assembly tasks, following established procedures, and supporting the smooth running of our manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys practical work and takes pride in high-quality output. Key Responsibilities Assemble components according to manufacturing orders and instructions from the Operations Manager or Operations Lead. Follow all testing and assembly procedures accurately. Communicate issues or improvement ideas to leadership. Follow all management directives and requests. Operate manual material-handling equipment as required. Operate powered material-handling equipment if needed. Attend relevant training and workshops. Perform other duties as assigned. About You (Qualifications & Experience) High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions in English. Basic math skills. Ability to interpret instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram form. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 lbs. Good close-vision ability and hand dexterity for small-part assembly.
