Description
RESPONSIBILITIES * Assemble components based on drawings and work orders * Use tools and machines to assemble, cut, drill, grind, and shape parts * Check and prepare parts before assembling * Do final assembly and apply insulation if needed * Report any faulty parts to the supervisor * Keep workstation clean and organized * Record work details in the system * Follow safety rules and wear protective gear * Suggest ideas for improvement * Work according to lean manufacturing and 5S principles QUALIFICATIONS: * Certificate of Diploma in Mechanics  * Fresh graduates welcome * Preferably with some mechanical assembly experience * Able to read technical drawings * Good with hands and tools * Responsible and able to work independently * Willing to work in shifts * Careful, accurate, and safety-aware   The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.   OUR CORE PRINCIPALS:  Safety.  Integrity. Respect.  Teamwork.  Diversity & Inclusion.
