Hydraulic Assembly Technician Poclain Hydraulics is seeking a Hydraulic Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, technical role responsible for building, testing, finishing, and packaging precision hydraulic components in a production environment. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined professional who takes pride in quality, safety, and continuous improvement.   Key Responsibilities * Assemble, evaluate, finish, and package hydraulic components in a production environment * Follow written and verbal work instructions, technical drawings, and standard work procedures * Operate hand tools, power tools, powered equipment, and precision measuring devices * Perform basic inspections and quality checks to ensure product conformance * Monitor inventory, maintain accurate records, and complete routine equipment maintenance * Work as an active member of the ABU / production team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment always * Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities * Perform other related duties as assigned   Required Qualifications & Skills * Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in working with mechanical/hydraulic assemblies * Proven ability to work reliably in a production or manufacturing environment * High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Ability to follow standardized work instructions and procedures * Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments * Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and simple calculations * Production or manufacturing experience preferred * Demonstrated work ethic: dependable, driven, safety-minded, and team-oriented * Interest in continuous learning and skill development through on-the-job training or coursework * Must be able to speak, read, and write in English   Physical Requirements * Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds * Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds * Stand, walk, bend, and use hands/arms a minimum of 8 hours during the shift * Use fine motor skills to operate tools and assemble precision components * Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment and tools
