Description
Responsibilities
  • Assemble components to precise specifications using engineering and schematic drawings.
  • Perform soldering and wiring of electronic components to industry standards.
  • Operate test equipment (e.g., spectrometers, multimeters) to verify unit compliance with quality and customer requirements.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments during assembly tasks.
  • Interpret technical drawings to produce or modify parts using lathe and/or CNC machinery (desirable).
  • Ensure all activities comply with Health & Safety regulations and internal procedures.
  • Package and inspect final assemblies to ensure dispatch readiness.
  • Work closely with the Cell Team Leader to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
  • Adapt to varying build requirements and tasks across the production area.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and alignment with company values at all times.
  • Undertake additional duties as reasonably required to support production
