Job Summary As an Assembly Operator, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for running assembly machines with precision and care. You will ensure that each product meets our high standards of quality and functionality. This role requires a keen eye for detail, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and a commitment to safety. Benefits/Environment Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary starting at $18.50-19.10/hour with performance-based raises at 3, 6 & 12 months. Requirements What We’re Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma, or equivalent required At least 1 year experience in manufacturing is required. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery, standing for long hours, lifting 50+ lbs Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is a must. Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
