Mitacor Industries is a CNC machine shop that specializes in product introduction, prototyping, and production machining. We are located in Ville-Saint-Laurent, off the service road of highway 13.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling assembly work and order picking based on priority to meet committed shipment dates.
• Preparing orders for shipping: kitting, assembly and packaging.
• Posting job completion in ERP system.
• Controlling inventory and managing the stock room.
• Assisting with the assembly of metal/plastic machined parts based on customer drawings and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using outlook email. Experience working with an ERP system would be an asset.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical Demands - this position involves lifting boxes weighing up to 17 kg
• English and/or French
• Will be reporting directly to the operations manager.

• Assembly: 1 year (preferred)

Responsabilités :

• Planification des travaux d’assemblage et préparation des commandes en fonction des priorités afin de respecter les dates d’expédition convenues.
• Préparation des commandes pour l’expédition : mise en kit, assemblage et emballage.
• Enregistrement de l’achèvement des tâches dans le système ERP.
• Contrôle des stocks et gestion de l’inventaire.
• Assistance à l’assemblage de pièces métalliques/plastiques usinées en fonction des plans et des exigences des clients.

Qualifications :

• À l’aise avec la messagerie Outlook. Une expérience avec un système ERP serait un atout.
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et efficace avec un minimum de supervision.
• Grande attention aux détails et haut niveau de propreté
• Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et capacité à établir la priorité des tâches de manière efficace.
• Exigences physiques - ce poste implique de soulever des boîtes pesant jusqu’à 17 kg.
• Anglais et/ou français
• Relèvera directement du directeur des opérations.
