DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee daily workflow, scheduling, and production goals to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. * Lead and develop a skilled team through coaching, training, and performance management. * Perform “hand-on” ancillary tasks and step in on shop floor activities when required to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. * Collaborate with various departments and customers, including Field Service and Sales, to resolve technical challenges. * Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement. * Manage shop resources, supplies, and budget while maintaining a safe, clean work environment. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES * Proven experience assembling complex machines in a manufacturing environment. * Supervisory experience preferred. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to foster cross-department teamwork.
