Job Details Job Location: 255 W BURR BLVD - KEARNEYSVILLE, WV Salary Range: $23.90 - $26.89 Hourly Description This role is responsible for assigning work, monitoring progress, training team members, and serving as a key liaison between production and other departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations on the production floor to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Assign personnel and delegate tasks to ensure efficient production of parts and vending machines. Interpret engineering specifications, job orders, and production prints and communicate clear instructions to team members. Train new team members on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Monitor and support team performance while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Load daily production data into the production tracker and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution. Confer regularly with managers and other team leads to coordinate operations and resolve cross-functional issues. Complete and submit the department's shortage list by noon daily. Collect and review daily production logs, entering the data into the appropriate manufacturing files. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area; ensure trash is removed daily. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3 plus years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications. Proficient with Microsoft Office and production tracking tools. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or multiple shifts as needed
