Bralin Recruitment are currently seeking an Assembly Technician to join our client’s production team in Winsford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in assembly or manufacturing, looking to contribute to the build and quality control of temporary traffic light systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble temporary traffic light units and control systems from components, following detailed technical drawings and instructions.
• Carry out wiring, soldering, and basic electrical testing on circuit boards, signal heads, and power units.
• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly of frames, signal poles, and housings.
• Perform functional testing and fault-finding on completed products prior to dispatch.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and health & safety in the workshop.
• Record all build and test data accurately using company systems.
• Work closely with design, stores, and logistics teams to support smooth production flow.
• Assist with stock checks, goods-in inspections, and general workshop upkeep.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £13.14 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
