Description

The Ainsley Search Group is urgently helping an Aerospace/Defense Manufacturer located in Delaware County to hire a skilled Assembly Technician. This Assembly Technician will report to the Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible for performing precision assemblies and subassemblies of electromechanical components using standard products and methods requiring fitting, adjusting and testing. This is a contract to hire position that offers benefits, great compensation, benefits and full time potential. Must be able to use and potentially provide some hand tools.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school graduate or equivalent training obtained through experience or an apprenticeship program in trade or occupation. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembler, repair or maintenance. Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Must have own tools. (drive sockets, open end wrenches, box wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, ball peen hammer, vice grips, hacksaw and crescent wrenches).
  • 3+ years job related experience in mechanical/electrical assembly repair or machinery maintenance. (MUST)
