Job Purpose:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling parts, components, or products according to instructions, drawings, or specifications.
This role is suited for candidates with basic technical skills and hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical assembly, even at an entry level. You will contribute to building high-quality products in a safe, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, gluing process, or machines as per instructions or drawings
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) or visual work instructions for each assembly task.
• Handle mechanical and/or basic electrical parts such as frames, fasteners, wires, or connectors.
• Check assembled parts for proper fit, alignment, and functionality. * Report missing, damaged, or faulty parts to the supervisor immediately.
• Record production data, component usage, or completed tasks if required.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation in compliance with company safety guidelines.
• Assist in packing finished assemblies when required.
• Work closely with other technicians to complete products on time.
• Take part in on-the-job training or continuous improvement activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of work experience in any assembly, mechanical, electrical, or production related role.
• understanding of how to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.) and measuring devices.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, good teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
