This is a temp to hire position. We are building a team with a great work ethic and commitment to quality. If you are ready to be part of a growing operation, we would love to hear from you! Shift time: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Count and bag fasteners for packaging Assemble metal frames using rivet guns and cordless drills Box and pack finished units for shipping Maintain consistent production and quality standards Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Stand throughout your shift in a production environment Eligible employees are offered the following benefits: 401(k) with up to 4% employer match Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Holidays and Vacation Profit Sharing Opportunities Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work with hand tools and follow assembly steps Comfortable lifting and moving parts/materials Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused Ability to stand or walk for extended amounts of time Ability to frequently bend, twist, grip, squat and lift Must be at least 18 years old Required Experience: Previous assembly or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required EEO/Affirmative Action Policy CDI is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits harassment of any kind.
