Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components for medium-complexity modules. Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair as needed to ensure perfect functionality. Perform electrical and mechanical testing to ensure top product performance. Uphold high-quality standards and contribute to process improvements. Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality initiatives. Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and production standards. Education & Experience Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. 2+ years' experience in mechanical assembly or electrical wiring. Fresh graduates with relevant technical training may also be considered. Technical Skills Strong skills in reading wiring diagrams and engineering drawings. Familiar with setting up and executing electro-mechanical testing. Soft Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and quality. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environment (common in CEM). Flexible to work shifts and overtime when required.
