JOB OVERVIEW

RC Imaging is seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Assembly Technician and CNC Mill Operator to join our production team. This dual-role position involves assembling medical imaging accessories with precision and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture high quality components. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly and/or CNC mill operation is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN DUTIES:

  • Assemble medical imaging accessories and components according to assembly drawings and work instructions.
  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks including soldering, wiring, and fastening components.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow all safety protocols.

CNC MILL OPERATOR DUTIES:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
  • Interpret technical drawings and work orders to determine machine operations and specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and perform basic maintenance.
  • Conduct final article inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Ensure proper documentation of production logs and quality reports.
