The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Hose Assembly Technician to join our dynamic production team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for engineering and motorsport, who thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment and takes pride in producing high-quality assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
· Manufacture hose assemblies to precise tolerances using various hose types and fittings
· Operate swaging and crimping equipment to complete assemblies
· Perform hydrostatic pressure testing using dedicated test rigs
· Collaborate with technicians and account managers to meet customer specifications
· Support other assembly processes as needed
· Maintain a clean and organised workstation
· Follow all health and safety protocols diligently
Skills & Experience
Preferred:
· Experience in an engineering or technical workshop environment
· Skilled in assembling small components
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions
Advantageous (but not essential):
· Familiarity with swaging, crimping machines, pressure test rigs, NC/CNC bending machines, and measuring tools
