SUMMARY Using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble products. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the GCM Quality System Completes all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Lead or Production Supervisor Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions using 6S Must be a team player as measured by his/her peers Performs other related duties assigned Requirements REQUIRED High School diploma or equivalent Must be over 18 years of age and authorized to work in US Ability to read and comprehend procedures and prints written in English Must be able to operate forklift safely if certified to do so Must show proficiency in the set-up and operation of all necessary equipment Good written and oral communication skills Medical device manufacturing experience Familiarity with ERP systems such as Epicor DESIRED Two years of mechanical assembly experience Forklift certification
