No experience? No problem — we provide hands-on training. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we want to meet you. Our Assembly Techs work mostly by hand assembling materials that help build lighter, stronger, and more sustainable products used in high-tech industries like aerospace, automotive, marine, and green energy. This is a hands-on role that requires focus, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. What You’ll Do: Assemble products by hand using materials, patterns, and work instructions (some use of equipment like heat seaming or sewing machines) Follow written work instructions, drawings, and blueprints Check equipment for safe operation and perform light maintenance when needed Communicate ideas for improvement with supervisors and teammates Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work both independently and as part of a team What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent work experience Willingness to learn and follow directions Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and diagrams Team mindset and strong communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
