JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Technician to support the production assembly and testing of high-precision unmanned aerial vehicles. This role will focus on mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, process optimization, and cross-functional testing support to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in high-traceability manufacturing environments (e.g., aerospace, medical, or similar regulated industries).
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, final integration, or harness integration using formal work instructions.
Minimum 1 year of experience using precision measurement and inspection tools such as torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, multimeters, and optical inspection equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for up to 10-hour shifts, with regular physical activities including pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license.
ASE certification or equivalent technical experience.
Familiarity with handling FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) sensitive components.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
