Your Impact As an assembly technician, you are at the heart of our production process. You will be responsible for the delicate tasks of weighing, trimming, and de-stemming plant material. Your precision directly affects the quality of our final product. This is a high-energy role that requires meeting daily production quotas while maintaining the highest standards of excellence. What You'll Do Precision Trimming: Hand-trim or use sorting equipment to prepare flowers/buds. Quality Control: Inspect products for quality, pests, or disease; remove any unusable material to ensure only the best reaches our customers. Production Excellence: Meet or exceed daily and monthly production goals. De-Stemming & Weighing: Efficiently remove buds from stems and accurately weigh products for packaging. Compliance & Safety: Strictly follow all state regulations and safety protocols regarding cannabis handling. Facility Maintenance: Keep your tools, equipment, and workspace organized and sanitized. Collaboration: Report any issues to management and assist with harvesting, labeling, and record-keeping as needed. What You Bring Dexterity: Superior manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for fine detail work. Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines. Reliability: A high school diploma or GED and a flexible schedule (ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays). Compliance: Must be at least 21 years of age and able to acquire/maintain a State Live Scan Card. Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex directions. Physical Demands & Work Environment Physicality: You will regularly use your hands/fingers to handle tools and product. You must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, and occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds. Environment: You will be exposed to strong cannabis odors, pollen, plant pathogens, and fertilizers. The work environment can include variables such as high/low temperatures, high humidity, and moderate to high noise levels. Sensory: Close vision, distance vision, and the ability to maintain focus in a busy production setting are required. The Mohave Commitment This is an at-will position.
