JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be responsible to disassemble, troubleshoot and reassemble PET cold halves and PET/closure Hot runners and Multi-Layer hot runners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical education as mold maker or equivalent experience (mechanical and electrical knowledge is a must)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience gained in an industrial environment
  • We are seeking individuals with self-initiative, high personal integrity, strong reliability and who enjoy teamwork in a challenging environment.
  • As we work in an international environment it is essential that you have fluent English communication skills, German is a plus.
  • On-the-job training will be provided in the department.

Responsibilities
  • Disassembly and Reassembly of beverage packaging tools, including old generations
  • Discipline to execute precise documentation for each customer incoming tool
  • Ability to detect and solve mechanical / electrical issues
  • Execute heat tests on all type of hot runners
  • Work closely together with project engineering, hot seat engineering and NC coordination to actively move forward on problem solving.
