Job Description
Level 3 Assembly Tech
As a Level 3 Assembly Technician, you will be the principal technician for Trek’s east coast E-commerce bike shop. Helping lead the team with efficient and high-quality assembly of bicycles, ensuring all models—ranging from entry-level cruisers to high-end mountain bikes, road bikes and E-bikes—meet our exacting standards. With advanced technical expertise, you will help oversee the assembly, tuning, and troubleshooting of various bike types while driving a culture of teamwork and operational excellence.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 3+ years’ experience assembling a wide range of bikes, including E-bikes and high-performance models.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, always maintaining a helpful and approachable demeanor.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for technical challenges and continuous learning.
  • A commitment to developing your technical knowledge and staying current with industry innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead final bicycle assembly, tuning, and adjustments.
  • Troubleshoot and update E-bike systems and software.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in leading the department and supporting operational needs to help achieve team goals.
  • Labor share with other departments as needed.
