You will be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from early design to testing and release, working closely with design, quality, and production teams. The role includes hands-on assembly and integration of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and software components, as well as safety, functional, and performance testing at both component and system level. You will contribute to test processes, documentation, and lab improvements, mentor other engineers, and support additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping activities as part of the lab operations. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, testing, and close collaboration across disciplines. Qualifications: You have a master’s degree in engineering or other relevant academic education. You have minimum 5 years of experience within Assembly Test and Verification. You have capacity to thrive in early-stage development and navigate a large and complex organization. You have broad technical knowledge in the different aspects of mechatronic systems. You have experience in assembling and testing equipment where several disciplines are integrated together (mechanical, electrical, software). You have problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for physical hardware. You are a team player who wants to learn new techniques and working methods that benefit customers and organization. You have excellent communication skills in the English language.
