Job Purpose The Assembly and Test Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly and testing processes of products to ensure they meet quality standards and production goals. Managing a team of assembly technicians, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Promotes and practices on LEAN Manufacturing through implementation of Kaizen/Continuous Improvement activities.Job Description Supervise and manage the assembly and test team to ensure efficient and accurate production. Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow. Monitor production output and quality control to ensure products meet specifications. Train new employees on assembly techniques, safety protocols, and company policies. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly and testing processes. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure a seamless production process. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the assembly area. Establishes employees’ objectives, coordinate and implement training internally and/or externally and carry out Reward and Disciplinary Action as required Drives the team to meet department objectives in SQDC through LEAN and stabilized processes You are meant for this job if: Minium Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 5-7 years of experience with Subsea exprience. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and efficiency enhancement techniques. Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team to meet and exceed production targets Should be flexible and open to work night shifts.
