We specialize in custom-engineered solutions, transformer services, and switchgear manufacturing. Assembly Technician Summary:Assembly Technicians must be able to demonstrate the assembly of different components, parts or sub-assemblies throughout the entire assembly process. Read, and understand manufacturing instructions, blueprints, process documents, and bill ofmaterial. An ideal assembly technician would definitely have a good hand and eye coordination with demonstrated excellent manual dexterity. 3rd Shift: 56 hours / 6 days per week.Sunday 9pm- 5:30 AM Monday- Thursday 7pm- 5:30 am and Friday's 9 pm - 5:30 am.3rd Shift Receives 10% Shift Differential Assembly Trainee Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to read tape measure and mics. Must be able to read and understand manufacturing instructions and bill of material (BOM). Safely operate various hand and power tools. Follow direction; maintain focus and a positive attitude. Requirements Qualifications: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and physical. Complete a satisfactory nationwide criminal background check. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED Training in a Technical discipline, trade school or electrical theory education preferred. Military experience a plus. 2 years minimum mechanical experience in an industrial workplace.
