Description
In the Assembly Wiring Technician position, you are responsible for point-to-point wiring of various electrical components within our electrical products. You will reference wiring diagrams (blueprints) and utilize hand tools to prepare wire, crimp, and connect wire to terminals. You'll be challenged to be creative to provide clean, quality lines that our customers expect. In this function you will: Measure and prepare wire bundles for installation Reference wiring diagrams to establish proper connections Use hand tools to tighten and prepare wire and complete final installation Present clean crisp lines on all wiring in alignment with established guidelines Be willing to learn and assist other departments as necessary High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation Position Criteria: Perform other tasks as requested and be flexible to move to other areas Able to stand, climb, and utilize ladders for up to 8 hours a day.
