Description

Responsible for co-ordinating assessment-related services and working with stakeholders in order to deliver CIPS assessments in accordance with regulatory framework on time and within budget, while maintaining the integrity and quality associated with CIPS assessments.
The successful candidate will plan and manage their workload in accordance with CIPS assessment schedules and will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing high quality service delivery to both internal and external suppliers and customers within strict regulatory requirements. 
  • Providing administrative support to the Assessment Delivery Manager and Awarding Leads 
  • Managing supplier payments; raising and receipting supplier purchase invoices, operating the exam series payment scheme and setting up new suppliers, issuing new contracts, dealing with queries and exceptions. 
  • Producing written reports for various CIPS assessment products, including data analysis, historical comparisons, and a summary of critical information 
  • Acting as the first point of contact for queries received direct from learners, in relation to the content of CIPS assessments and maintaining traceability for future reference or audit purposes.  
  • Recording and analysing cases of suspected malpractice and escalating these to the Regulation team when appropriate 
  • Co-ordinating training events relating to the production / evaluation of CIPS assessments
  • Undertake various duties consistent with the grade, as determined by the Assessment Delivery Manager
  • Coordination and monitoring of assessment deadlines
  • Support across all Assessment Delivery including End Point Assessment
  • Updating the Standard Operating Procedure as appropriate to ensure continuous improvement
