• Awareness of basic concepts in assessment in context of postgraduate specialty education • Knowledge of key steps and requirements for assessment and examination in context of postgraduate specialty education • Skills in handling assessment logistics including communication protocols and information tools • Effective information and communication technology skills • Report writing skills including relevant statistical analysis and software management • Effective communication and coordination skills • Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills Recommended training courses • Management and coordination of assessment strategies • Examination logistics and management • Information and communication technology

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a health field or related fields • Postgraduate degree/certificate in relevant subjects

Expected Skills

• At least 5 years’ experience in an assessment setting in context of medical education • Experience in coordinating assessment and examination processes
