About the job Situated within the Continuous Improvement Department, this role sits at the heart of the Development & Innovation Hub (D&I), supporting innovative projects, trials and proofs of concept that introduce new tools and technologies into Assessment and Operations. Working closely with the Assessment Development and Delivery team, the post holder supports effective project management across D&I initiatives, applying deep expertise and a strong understanding of assessment practices to drive high-quality delivery. Reporting to the Senior Manager, ADD Development & Innovation Hub, the role coordinates D&I activity across IB assessment, ensuring continuous improvement, effective implementation and a future‑focused approach.
Responsibilities
