Responsibilities

The Assessment and Transition Coordinators play a crucial role within the Victorian Corrections System as the administrators of the Corrections Victoria Reintegration Pathway (CVRP).

Some of your duties will include:

  • Participating in the development, coordination and delivery of prisoner risk assessment and pre-release services within a prison location
  • Undertaking prisoner risk assessments and needs assessments and contributing to the Case Management Review process
  • Supporting the delivery of the CV Reintegration Program at the prison location.
