Your Opportunity Working as part of our Residential Capability (Learning) team, you will support multiple homes across your region with a structured program of capability and competency assessments. You’ll partner closely with site leaders and clinical teams to uplift skills, ensure compliance with aged care standards, and embed a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Key Responsibilities (not limited to): Clinical Education & Capability Act as a Subject Matter Expert in clinical education and competency assessment Plan and deliver education programs aligned to Anglicare’s mission and care standards Provide hands-on coaching and one-on-one support to care and clinical staff Support sites with tailored education interventions to address capability gaps Assessment & Workforce Development Schedule and conduct competency-based assessments across your region Maintain assessment calendars and ensure timely delivery of all activities Contribute to onboarding and induction programs to strengthen workforce readiness Develop and maintain a library of clinical education resources and tools Operational & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with Residential Managers and clinical leaders Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across homes Maintain accurate training records and report on outcomes and insights Contribute to continuous improvement of learning frameworks and resources Compliance & Quality Ensure all education and assessment activities align with aged care standards and legislation Support accreditation processes and maintain audit-ready documentation Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement Champion safe work practices and contribute to workplace safety initiatives What You’ll Bring You’re a passionate clinical professional who enjoys developing others and influencing positive change. You bring a balance of clinical credibility, coaching ability, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will also have: Tertiary qualification in Nursing Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience) Experience delivering education and competency-based assessments in aged care Strong understanding of aged care standards, AN-ACC, and clinical compliance requirements Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple sites and schedules Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across your region Why Anglicare?
