ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree level qualification in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of Generative AI (e.g., GANs, LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, and applications across industries).
  • Recognised Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/D33, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

DESIRABLE (BONUS) REQUIREMENTS:

  • Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) qualification.
  • Industry experience in AI or Machine Learning application.
  • Experience delivering or assessing in a Further/Higher Education or training environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assessor in Generative Artificial Intelligence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners undertaking qualifications in Generative AI and related fields. You will ensure that assessments are carried out fairly, consistently, and in line with awarding body standards, while providing constructive feedback to help learners achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess learners’ knowledge, skills, and practical application in Generative Artificial Intelligence.
  • Provide clear, supportive, and developmental feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments in line with awarding body and organisational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance and assessment guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal and external quality assurers (IQA/EQA) as required.
  • Support learners in achieving their qualifications in a timely and professional manner.
