The Assessor Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, accuracy, and compliance of the assessment team within the Income-Qualified Weatherization Program (IQWP). This role ensures all customer assessments are completed on time, to program standards, and without errors. The Assessor Manager also manages Work Process Order (WPO) creation, Health & Safety (H&S) project coordination, scheduling oversight, payroll accuracy, and team leadership. They serve as the direct supervisor for Assessors, WPO Creator, and H&S Admin, driving performance through Leadership + Management = Accountability (LMA) principles.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of experience in weatherization, residential energy efficiency, or related field operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage field staff, workflows, and administrative processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in tools such as CompanyCam, Google Workspace, or similar field management software.
• Experience with Health & Safety measure coordination in a weatherization program.

• Ensure assessors provide clear, complete, and accurate assessments.
• Maintain 100% on-time completion of customer appointments within scheduled windows.
• Eliminate weatherization kickbacks through accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure same-day close-out of all completed assessments.
• Apply LMA principles to maintain team accountability and performance.
