The Asset and Configuration Manager oversees and management of the organisation’s technology assets, configuration management, and related costs and strategies. This role aims to ensure effective utilisation of IT assets, and foster cost-efficiency, financial sustainability, and configurational accuracy. The Asset and Configuration Manager is responsible for strategic planning, asset cost control oversight, and IT asset lifecycle management to support the Information Technology Unit’s (ITU) operational and financial objectives.
About You

As the Asset and Configuration Manager, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management (CMDB), including lifecycle planning, governance, andprocess improvement.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices and proven ability to align asset and configuration management processes with organisational objectives.
• Proven ability to administer and optimise Asset and Configuration Management processes within ServiceNow, ensuring accurate records, automation of workflows, and integration with ITSM practices.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive process adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement across technical and business teams.
