You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in financial analysis. You have found the right team. As a Financial Analysis analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. You will partner across the organization to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate key financial processes. In this role, you will be responsible for one of our core financial measures—such as revenues, expenses, headcount, or profitability modeling. You will deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis, support strategic direction and decision-making, and provide leadership across FP&A teams. You will also interact regularly with FP&A Managers, line of business CFOs, and peers across Finance & Business Management to advise on increasing profitability and efficiencies. Job responsibilities Act as Expense Exception Approver (EEA) for the business, reviewing expense exceptions and taking appropriate action Ensure adherence to expense policies Assist in expense reviews by calculating and consolidating month-end results, forecasting for the remainder of the year, and budgeting for future years Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of results and provide commentary explaining changes from prior forecasts or budgets Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on results and drivers for senior management Enhance controls and streamline processes by introducing automation where possible Drive global consistency and create synergies across the team through project work Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint along with hands-on experience of Expense applications such as concur, Ariba, etc. Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams
