Position Overview The Asset Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe transportation, delivery, setup, relocation, and removal of company-owned ice cream freezers and equipment at customer locations. This position plays a critical role in supporting our operations by ensuring assets are handled with care, properly installed, and ready for use. This is a full-time position requiring a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while representing the company in a professional manner. Major Responsibilities and Expectations Safely operate a company box truck (Class C license required; no special license needed) to transport equipment to and from customer locations Load, secure, transport, unload, and position ice cream freezers and related equipment Perform on-site setup and basic installation of equipment, ensuring proper placement and functionality Remove, relocate, or swap out equipment as directed Use lift gates, hand trucks, dollies, and other equipment to safely move heavy items Communicate professionally with customers, store personnel, and internal team members during deliveries and pickups Maintain accurate delivery and asset tracking documentation as required Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and regulations Assist with warehouse support, organization, and staging of equipment as needed Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude at all times Requirements Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment (typically 100+ lbs, with assistance when needed) Frequent bending, lifting, walking, and maneuvering equipment in tight spaces Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor conditions and cold storage areas Qualifications Valid California driver’s license (Class C) with a clean driving record Previous delivery, moving, or warehouse experience preferred Experience operating lift gates, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus Strong attention to safety and detail Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Benefits include but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision and employer matched 401K plan.
