Job Description Functional Management Role is a critical position within Retail Operations, acting as a key enabler for operational readiness, system enhancement, production issues & support, and project execution across multiple business lines. Key Responsibilities Main role is to support UOB Stakeholders across multiple systems especially owned and used by Retail Operations. Core Responsibilities are: 1. Lead and support projects, including but does not limited to: - BRD (Business Requirement Document) review / acknowledgement - Change Request (CR) creation / review - UAT lead in execution, test design/script, monitoring, exception handling, escalation - Post Implementation Review, verification and coordination 2 Supporting inquiries from business or operations regarding system capabilities, and follow up with group IT for any unresolved issues. 3. Track and follow up open issues raised by business or operations. By filling this role: - We will maintain momentum and continuity of ongoing initiatives. - We can mitigate risks and ensure issues are resolved timely. - Continue to support business objectives by providing assessments and solution in regards to system used.
