Description
The Opportunity   We’re looking for an Asset Integration Lead to join our Network Asset Management team. In this role, you’ll guide the technical and commercial development of new assets that connect to the Transgrid Network.   You’ll work across the full asset lifecycle—from early concept through to design, construction and commissioning. A key focus of the role is collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create safe, efficient and cost-effective network solutions.   You’ll work closely with organisations such as EnergyCo, VicGrid and AEMO, as well as Transgrid’s Executive Managers, Lumea, Major Projects, Asset Managers and Network Planning and Delivery teams.   About You   Strong experience working with high-voltage substations and transmission lines across concept, design, construction, operations and maintenance Experience using risk management to support asset decisions and meet regulatory requirements Good understanding of the regulatory environment, including ISO55001, ENSMS and AS5577 Ability to assess both technical and commercial options for new network developments Solid knowledge across substation, transmission line and cable design areas such as planning, layout, insulation coordination, earthing, clearances, induction, ratings and specialised equipment   Our Values   Our values are Safety, Achievement, Integrity and Service.We put safety first, take pride in our work, act honestly, and deliver great outcomes for our customers and communities.   Recognition & Reward   We support our people with:   Flexible working options 20 weeks paid parental leave Health and wellbeing programs Corporate discounts on retail, travel, utilities and more Novated leasing and other financial benefits   Who We Are   Transgrid delivers the electricity that powers millions of homes, businesses and communities. As Australia shifts to renewable energy, we are helping build the transmission network of the future.
