Asset Inventory and Compliance Coordinator
The position will also contribute to the development and upkeep of inventory control processes, documentation standards, and compliance-related procedures. Success in this role will directly support sales enablement, operational
efficiency, and audit readiness across multiple international regions.
Conduct periodic audits and cycle counts to validate inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate demo asset shipments, transfers, returns, and disposals in alignment with regional regulations and business priorities.
Support preparation of documentation required for global logistics, including export control documentation, customs forms, and certificates of conformance.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE OF U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMPLIANCE REGULATIONS AND GLOBAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS.

Experience in supply chain logistics, inventory management, or logistics planning.
Familiarity with CRM, SAP, or other ERP data systems.
