REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven experience in asset management, inventory control, or logistics (minimum 2-5 years preferred).
· Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
· Ability to travel between locations within the UAE.
· Familiarity with Asset Management Systems/software.
· Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
· Own car is preferred
· Excellent communication and reporting skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain and update the company’s asset register, including detailed records of all owned assets.
· Conduct periodic physical stock and asset audits across all company locations, including showrooms, warehouses, and apartments.
· Travel periodically to different sites in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other locations to verify stock levels and assets.
· Monitor and manage the lifecycle of assets, including depreciation, procurement, and disposal.
· Ensure compliance with company policies on asset management and loss prevention.
· Work closely with the finance and procurement teams for asset tracking and reporting.
· Liaise with security and facilities staff to implement asset security and loss prevention measures.
· Prepare regular reports for senior management on asset status, discrepancies, and audits.
· Assist in developing processes for asset tracking, handling, and secure storage.
